These terms apply to your use of the MedWing app and services. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Claim-form preparation
- MedWing reads the documents you upload and fills your insurer’s/TPA’s claim form. You must check every detail before signing.
- You print, sign and submit the claim to your insurer/TPA yourself. MedWing does not submit claims and does not contact insurers or TPAs for you.
- MedWing does not guarantee that any claim will be accepted or paid. That decision is made only by your insurer/TPA.
- You must upload only genuine documents that you are entitled to use.
2. Free trial, claim access and claim plan
New customers get a free trial for creating claims. After it ends, a successful medicine purchase through MedWing gives claim access for the period shown in the app. You can also buy the claim plan: unlimited claims for the period and price shown in the app (currently 30 days for ₹150), paid online through Razorpay. If you already have claim access, the plan starts when it ends. Claim plan refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. Earlier claims always remain available.
3. Medicine orders
- Medicines are supplied by our licensed partner pharmacy against a valid prescription. The pharmacy may decline an order, for example if the prescription is invalid or unclear.
- The estimated quotation is an estimate. The pharmacy’s final invoice is issued after payment and processing.
- Delivery is free above the amount shown in the app; below it, the delivery charge shown in the quotation applies. You see the total before you pay.
- You can cancel an order until the estimated quotation is sent.
- Medicines are non-returnable. They cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed. See our refund and cancellation policy.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is paid only when the payment is confirmed.
- Delivery is by courier; track it with the tracking link in the order. See our shipping and delivery policy.
4. Medical advice
The MedWing app does not give medical advice. Follow your own doctor’s instructions for any medicine.
5. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time (Profile → Delete my account).
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, MedWing is not liable for claim decisions by insurers/TPAs, or for losses caused by incorrect information you provide.
