Delete Your MedWing Account

In the app (fastest)

Open the MedWing app and sign in.
Tap the profile icon (top right), then Delete my account.
Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email healthcaremedwing@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my MedWing account”. We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and mobile number.
Your patients, policyholders, claims, uploaded documents and generated claim forms.
Your saved delivery addresses, prescriptions, notifications and support requests.
Medicine orders you did not pay for.

What is kept

For medicine orders you paid for, the pharmacy keeps the order’s invoice and payment record for the period required by tax law, with your name, mobile number, address and prescription removed. These records are no longer linked to you.

If a paid order is still being delivered, you can delete your account after it is delivered.
